Family Tree Charts

Even the novice genealogical researcher has probably created a minimal Family Tree chart. It usually begins with the creator of the chart, going back through parents, grand parents, great grand parents, etc. The basic chart will usually start at the left with a single name. Lines connect the individual to the parents ( -[ ) going back each generation, listing more names each generation (2,4,8,16, etc).

If you would like to liven up your chart, a background graphic is a good choice. You might wish to add photos of the individuals.
